The website's current design exhibits signs of obsolescence, requiring a contemporary touch. Public pages pose navigational challenges, while certain content necessitates revision and condensation due to its verbosity. Furthermore, the website currently lacks a clear content hierarchy and fails to accentuate critical information, despite its evident potential.
Fundvantage is taking a transformative step by revamping its website home page, user portal, and dashboard. The redesign will prioritize modernization, user-friendliness, and content clarity to unlock the platform's potential and empower users to access crucial funding intelligence seamlessly

Current State Analysis
To gain a deeper understanding of the current state of the website, we
identified areas for improvement, and established a baseline for defining
requirements, we have conducted the current state analysis on the
homepage, and the user portal.
Categorization for the menu/ navigation bar
Simple layout for the login page
Inconsistent design of the website, e.g. heading styles
Alignment for options under the navigation bar (content)
User engagement (social media platform/ newsletter)
Search Engine in the user portal
We wanted to form a deeper understanding of our users' goals, needs, experiences, and behaviors. So, we created 4 personas for each of our user segments. They were based on user interviews and surveys, and we kept updating them throughout the project as we gathered more data. We used these personas whenever we wanted to step out of ourselves and reconsider our initial ideas.
Once the usability issues were resolved, we moved on to design the final screens in Figma. Our goal was to create a visual identity that aligned with the brand’s values and message. Also, we’ve checked the competition and taken a deep dive into my catalogue of references for inspiration.

Our goal was to create a visual identity that aligned with the brand’s values and message, which is: “brand motto”. User-Centric Design is Paramount
Throughout the project, it became evident that prioritizing user needs and preferences is crucial. User feedback and testing played a pivotal role in shaping the final design decisions.
Navigation and Hierarchy
Establishing a clear content hierarchy and improving navigation significantly enhanced the user experience. Users appreciated the ease of finding and accessing relevant information.
Adaptability to Trends
Embracing modern design trends ensures that the website remains relevant and appealing to users over time. Staying current helps maintain user interest.
